I am also looking at generators, I was
told that the Honda EU3000is would run the
heat/air unit. I am trying to look for super quiet generators to run
at night (still remembering Camp Osborn this January with a starting
time temp or 17degrees). Anyone have any experience with this
generator, or with being able to run "quiet generators" in camp?

i would like some input on those of you whose use generators for you LQ
trailers. a dealer at the rv center told me that a 4000 watt generator
will handle a 13, 500 btu ac unit and maybe a microwave at the same
time. he said a 2800watt generator is at its max to handle an ac unit of
that size. let me know of your experience. ed
