I asked SEI why they withdrew certification on the Range Rider but they 
couldn't tell me (confidentialy, liability, something like that).

So I bought a Tipperary and I really like it a lot, very lightweight and 
comfortable.  I like the mesh protecting the vent holes, keeps those giant 
banana spiders out. :)  It doesn't come with a lot of padding to move 
around and custom-fit it, though, so I'd recommend trying it on before 
buying, if possible.
