The FHA puts on a top notch clinic. The FHA clinic is how most of the 
old timers and not so old timers got their start in distance riding down 
here in the swamp. Even if you are primarly interested in endurance it 
is well worth your while to attend the FHA clinic.

As as far as Pat Thomas' CTR - Pat is a super ride manager.
