easier for the Ride Manager and more accurate....and withhold posting
ride results until all information is provided. >>

Jim - this is a great idea. Total hold time, loop length, etc would be easy
to include with ride results.  Much easier to do with results than on the
sanction application form. Often ride managers aren't even sure of loop
length, hold time, etc when they submit sanction applications. But when it's
all over - and fresh in our minds (what's left of them) it would be simple
to do.

I encourage you to send this suggestion to AERC - it's very practical.
