[RC] amendment - hope lundquist

To all citizens of the USA: Why should non-residents legal or un-legal vote in AERC matters. Do we get to vote on anything in their country? Illegal residents are now asking for free health benefits and some are getting it. Who pays? The tax paying citizens of this country of course. The Canadians asked for reduced Membership Fees. Now this. The Articles of Incorporation of the AERC states within the United States of America. If they want to vote then become a citizen that's the solution. I vote no. AERC # 2010 Hope Lundquiist
