that was a lucky call  my research and the vets at UNIV TN and the vet who
did the job said IF I really wanted to make sure I had a horse  in a few
years to NOT make the cut.. in his case it was the correct call.. at least
the blister  will not cause harm, if it did not work I could always have
tried the cut.. but I think I would not take the risk.

IT fails more times then it succeeds  At least based on the professional
advice I was given...

patella, and she's still going strong.
