Subject: gelding leg question.

I was wondering if anyone could help me out.  My gelding has a lump on his front foot.  It is located just above the hoof on the front of his pastern.  Right smack in the middle of his pastern on the front.  It is the size of a quarter and very hard ( like a bone ).  That appeard two weeks ago.  It hasnt gone down at all or changed form.  It is not a cut or scratch ot topical wound at all.  Now today another one has appeared next to it.  He is not lame on it.  Does anyone have any ideas what this may be.  Could this be some sort of bone spur.   Thanx, Jenny
