[RC] Kelsey Grammer and horse death comment - mabbott

I was up watching late night TV again, unfortunately, and I recalled that
about a week or so ago, when I was once again up late, I saw Kelsey Grammer
of "Cheers" and "Frasier" fame on a late, late, late night talk show (I
believe this was even after Conan) saying something that really disturbed
me.

What Grammer talked about was how he had gotten into being a part owner of
some horse, but it didn't perform well enough, and it SUDDENLY DIED on its
way back to where they had bought it from in Ireland. HE LAUGHED--Totally
giving the appearance that he felt the horse DEVSERVED its ill-fated end!
Then, he MERRILY mentioned something about the horse eating something bad
for itself. UGH!

Okay. It was late. (Any chance his horse's insurance company saw this?)
At any rate, it made me sick. Did anyone else on Ride Camp see this? Maybe
there was some sort of repsonse from horse folks online or in the news, and
I missed it. It continues to bug me, though, because I don't think this was
a "laughing" matter.
