hi tim, did your vet say anything else about the horse's feet? if this is something you have had problems with before, i would be concerned about navicular. you did mention that it was a quarterhorse cross, and there are some of the quarterhorse bloodlines that are prone to this condition. just a thought. ps. get that mustang ready, bet you wont have any foot problems with him! ed
