Annie- I used titanium shoes once on Khruschev, just becuase my farrier had
a pair and we thought it would be fun to try. They really didn't last any
longer than steel shoes - certainly wasn't worth the extra price.

Hi, My shoer is looking into titanium ( sure I didnt spell that rite)
shoes. My horse has some very quirky shoing issues and I am really not
wanting to have him done by anyone else. She said they are pretty pricey
but would last the distance. She is researching to see if they are really
all they are cracked up to be. OR since they are so much harder if that
could cause the horse problems. If anyone out there has any opine or info
on this jump in here. Annie G.
