[RC] [Guest] In need of a horse - Ridecamp Moderator

sheila paintmypony@xxxxxxxxx
Hi,
I have been doing LD's for almost 2 years now with my registered American Paint mare. She trots her heart out for me and we have finished every single ride in good shape. I am not eager to push her to do 50'. My Egyptian Arab gelding I was bringing along, hoping to do a 50 in the early 2004 has sustained a superficial flexor tendon injury from a pasture ruckus. The vet said he came with in 1/4 of an inch from tearing up his suspensories and deep flexors. To make a long story short, he is laid up for between 2mos to 6 mos or more and then slow come back.
I cannot afford to, or have the time to buy another horse. But I would like to ride 50's next year. Is there anyone out there who needs their horses ridden, conditioned what ever and who will let me compete with their horse? I live close to the SanJose area of California. Please e-mail me if you could help me out.
Thanks
sheila and Cassy and poor Sammy
