Our neighbors are selling their ranch, prime property for endurance riders!
Southwest Idaho. (we really want endurance folk to move here!)

Ride all year round on thousands of acres of BLM range land and The Owyhee
Mountains. Located just down the road from ride camp for Owyhee Highcountry
Three Day and Canyonlands Five Day Rides, and next to The Lost Juniper Ranch
Endurance Horses. Enjoy at least two endurance rides per month all season
long within two to three hours drive.

Located in Owyhee County, Idaho. One and one half hours south of Boise
Idaho. Desert climate, elevation 2700 ft. Lots of sunshine, year-round
riding. At the base of the Owyhee Mountains, Silver City Range (8400 ft
peak).

Beautiful property with custom, owner built 1998 home. It is 2070 sq. ft
with open beam ceiling, open floor plan with great room and kitchen.
Completely "over built" with owner care and craftsmanship. Antique stone
hearth with woodstove, picture windows with fantastic view of the Owyhee
Mountains. Total property is 120 acres, immediately adjacent to BLM lands.

Amenities include: new shop aprox. 32x56, which could easily be converted to
