Speed is MPH........... Pace is
picking a gate or a MPH and sticking to it. I maintain a steady pace

I'll cheerfully admit my ignorance here and throw
out a couple of questions . . . what is the difference between speed and pace?
and, if you use this simultaneously with a heart rate monitor, might either
one interefere with the other? Thanks to any and all who might
reply.
