Hi!
I need a little advice on an endurace related problem. I have a horse who isn't very young (8) who seems to be having nervous issues at endurance rides. He usually travels with a buddy, but still manages to throw a fit before a ride. He calls to other horses, trots in circles, won't respond to me or food, and has even bucked a few times. He gets himself worked up and doesn't relax until late that night. Im worried that this is draining some of his energy (and mine!). It's just such a waste of time and makes me nervous before a ride. I love this horse and don't want to sell him, but I want to enjoy competing! What should I do?
Thanks!
Courtney
