[RC] re: breeding contracts again - Equine Law Online

I don't know how much money is involved, so it's somewhat hard to answer.  I'm 
guessing that the booking fee is under $1,000.  If so, I'd recommend small 
claims court, if it's worth it to you.  Based on the information in the 
posting, I'm not sure who is liable to whom here. 

Now on the question of the handler, on the other hand, she probably has a good 
cause of action, but I'm basing that on the very limited information that was 
in your post.
