At one time I had a neighbor who allowed his dog freedom to roam and bother
my dogs.  I called and explained that our town had a lot of old German
farmers and that roaming dogs were known to dissappear.  Notice that I did
not threaten him or his dog.  Sure enough a month or so later his dog
dissappeared.  I'm sure he has no idea how the deed was done.
