[RC] Horse Hiccups? - Jonni Jewell

Nothing scientific here, and I am sure the vets will have some thoughts on
this, but I have also owned one horse, and Appaloosa, who would get the
hiccups. Usually in his stall, and if I remember, around feeding time. His
body would do a little jerk, and I would hear the air/noise, come from his
mouth. It was just like what humans do with a case of hiccups. Not sure what
else I would have called them. I tried to ask him to hold his breath, and
count to ten, but he could not count......... ;-)
