This is true but when you have 7 horses like I do and you have to add the 
charges for negative Coggins $40 last time I had it done, health certificate, 
brand inspection card and other stuff it is just too darn expensive.  And I 
know that you don't have to have it, but I like the idea of mileage being kept. 
I just think it is not a big problem.....mb
