We have a lot of stallions in Egypt, and they DO get tossed out if they can't behave....so do the mares. If they can't be checked by some guy with a clipboard and stethoscope alone, they are history.

hmmm...perhaps if the vet had to chase a horse down to check him/her, the horse should either not get a completion or eb sent back out for an additional loop to use up that misdirected energy:)
