You mentioned this 'year'.  Does that mean it used to sweat & now it
doesn't...

White hairs are pressure points & if you catch it soon sometimes the next
haircoat will come in without them but once damaged they may or not
sweat...trying different saddles will tell you if yours is also putting
pressure in the same area and therefore no sweat or if it's permanent.

Also remember that saddle fit changes as the horse becomes more fit and as
the season goes on.  Some even the water loss on a ride effects the fit.

white hairs are the sweat glands may be damaged so they may be dry there
later even if the saddle *does* fit?
