[RC] Paralysed Dalmation update and question - Maryanne Stroud Gabbani

It's been about 2 weeks or more since we found Koheila paralysed. I have been away for about 5 days and came back to find her hobbling around on three legs. She rolls herself onto her left side (the side with the working legs) and flings herself up and forward. She can manage some stairs that way and gets around but she does a lot of resting as well. Her right front leg hangs pretty much useless from the shoulder and her ribs curve to the left so that she seems larger on that side. She's in good spirits and eats well. She also can feel if I pinch the skin between her toes on her paralysed foot.

I'm wondering if somehow she might have dislocated her shoulder. Believe it or not, we don't have a vet here who is likely to be able to tell.

Ideas?
