30 years in Southern California, 30 horse boarding
facility & a redhead. Outdoors year round. I can swear by #45
SHADE
and a Walker visor...3,4,5" brim & covers
ears. No other sunscreen allowed me to ribbon 50 miles of trail, 12
hour 50 miler...an eternity and sometimes 18 hour multi-days in the sun without
a break.
Unfortunately no-one mentioned sunscreening the
backs of my hands and they're aged & have keritosis, pre-skin cancer
spots. Anything uncovered; sunscreen it more than 1 x a
day....!
