[RC] Riding in Heat - Robin Everett

As a surprising comment on the recent thread about riding in the heat, a piece of spam just popped up in my inbox with the following website:
 
Looks legit, if somewhat new.  Works with evaporation only, but has some hints.  Pretty pricy, but maybe a helmet liner as a requested gift?
