Not a vet, but my mare who gave us a surprise colt had afluidy spot that ran in about the same place, maybe it's just natural? She was 18 I remember wondering why it extended out and ran under her belly like that. Laurie andRascl

Another questions for you horse people. I have a bred mare that was due to foal on the 14th this is her first so no biggy that she is late. The only problem is that she has this funny lump or fluid sack that popped up. It starts right between her front legs and goes down her whole stomach. It doesn't seem to be sore but I am just dumb founded on what it is and if I should worry. I have a call in to the vet but he hasn't called back HELP...Angela mccorkle@xxxxxxxxxxx
