[RC] Panacur Purge - April Johnson


Ok, I found the question I'm going to ask in the archives, but NOT 
the answer. How irritating is that?

I have my 2 geldings on the following worming rotation. February,
Safeguard; April, ivermectin; June, Strongid; August, Safeguard;
October, ivermectin; December, Strongid.

I've never done a Panacur purge on these two horses (have had them 
for about 2 years). So I need to. I just wormed them with ivermectin 
yesterday. How long should I wait before doing the Panacur purge?

After I do purge them, I was thinking of swapping around their deworming 
schedule to February, ivermectin; April, Panacur purge; June, Strongid;
August, ivermectin; October, Safeguard; December, double dose of 
Strongid.

Vets, any comments? Susan, Heidi?
