Been there, done that a lot.  Take video of everything you would do
with a horse, from catching it, grooming it, picking up feet, fly spray,
load in trailer, walk directly away from camera and directly toward
camera, trot the horse in hand, tack up, mount up, ride in all
gaits.  In other words, show your prospective buyer everything you
would want to see in a horse you went to look at.
