I just did this. It's easy. It sends a nice letter
to your congressmen. I did add "horseback rider" after "motorcyclist".
According to the info on the site, you can't be denied insurance based on
participation in legal recreational activities, but you can be denied coverage
if you are injured while participating in these activities! At the same time, if
you drink and drive, your insurance covers you. Doesn't make sense to me.
