Kentucky is SE and the rides there are FAR from
flat and sandy!

no, not all of the flat rides are
sandy. camp osborn boy scout powwow is fairly flat, but not
sandy. osceola national forest (gator run and osceola) is not deep, soft
sand, but is fairly well packed. the central florida rides have
more sand. but the rides are good ones.
