[RC] [Guest] My weight loss program - Ridecamp Guest

1. Have a horse break your Tibia bone - compound while trail riding. (not my
horse)
2.  Be in the hospital for 5 days, and lay in bed for 2-3 months practically
motionless, except for your tv remote fingers.  Note:  if you move
excessively your mouth will go dry from the pain, and that will kill any
appetite.
3.  Learn to walk again, in PT. Refer to #2 note.
4.  Ride a stationary bike several times a week in your house. Refer to #2
note.
5.  Do not drink "spirits" anymore because it makes you sick now.  I am a
trustworthy DD.(dedicated driver)
6.  Now you have to be an exercise guru to try to function normally, and eat
healthy or you get sick to your tummy.
7.  Now you eat right, and exercise on a regular basis (refer to #2 note).
If you eat too rich of food you get sick to your tummy.  Which means very
little meat, and lots of fruits and vegges.

No, this is NOT a joke.  I have so much metal in my leg I am scared to go
through the metal decectors at the airport.

I lost more than 15#'s, I have gained back 5#'s.  I now weight a whopping
125#'s.  Guess I am still in my featherweight catagory.  I have a 16" thigh
now.

Here's to looking out the window at my horse in the pasture!
