    I couldn't remember the name of the young man....Jan-Michael
    Vincent....thank you.  And Ben Johnson.....one of my favorite character
    actors, along with Slim Pickens.....both of them REAL horsemen!  Slim had
    been a rodeo clown in his younger years.  What a hoot he was!  Ben was a
    top-notch calf roper.  I saw him compete in Livermore, CA, along about 1953.
    And Slim came to our Santa Cruz County Fair where I saw him once.  I was too
    shy to go up to him and tell him how much we had enjoyed his performances
    over the years.  They're both gone now......
