    I hope I am doing this right, I am new to listserves as well as endurance, but here is my question. I find that whatever my current diet is, it does not power me through a whole lot of riding. I eat a big breakfast before hand, but it just isn't doing it. I start yawning after about two hours, and my energy goes down hill from there. I know carbs are important, but what does everyone eat to keep them going, even simply when conditioning? Also, not to make things more difficult, but I am vegetarian, so big slabs of meat, chicken, or fish are out.... Thanks!
