Re: Biothane Stirrup Leathers



I use the Wintec English "leathers" (not Webbers) and really like them.
They do not stretch, they do not wear out in one year (I would say they last
about 3 or more years), and the holes don't tear out.  Only
drawback.....being synthetic, they rub the leather of the saddle skirt and
make it dull looking.  I'm willing to accept that as a tradeoff for their
price (about $40), their longevity, and their lack of stretch.  They also
look quite leather-like.
