Oh Michelle, I didn't mean my post in any way seem as if I didn't approve of complete feeds! Just the opposite, I think they are wonderful and are helping many horses live longer and more productive lives. As I said, I feed my old guy a soaked senior (which I know isn't the same, but simliar) and he couldn't survive wihout it! My question was (and very poorly phrased, I admit) what can we do for these guy that out of necessity, must be on it to decrease boredom? Can we put soaked beet pulp in one of those little rolling feeder things....?
