There was a story a couple of years ago about a guy who sued a ladder
manufacturer because the ladder didn't come with a sufficient warning on the
warning label...the man had set the ladder up with one or two of the feet of
the ladder in fresh piles of cow manure!!!!Then he went to climb the
ladder...the ladder slipped and he fell off and hurt himself...he sued
because he felt the manufacturer should have warned about setting the ladder
up in fresh cow manure!!!!!!!I think he won....
what in the world has happened to common sense!!!
