Re: Horse slaughter and Choices



I think the $1 is to make the contract a legal, binding "sale" even though
in reality it's a giveway.  Of course, these are horses that she has
obtained for various reasons under unique circumstances, often ponies or
older horses that might even have been given to her.  She certainly doesn't
sell her warmbloods,Arabs or Welsh ponies for $1!  :)  What a combination,
eh?
