    Generally good footing, easy/moderate difficulty with a minor elevation changes. Mostly 2-track jeep tracks, dirt roads, cow trails. Some short rocky stretches, some sand washes, some gravel road. Several short stretches of pavement (all with rideable dirt shoulders).

  • 1. 75/100 miles *** : National or International passport
  • 1a. OR 50 miles **: Positive identification (coggins certificate will be accepted if the ID diagram is filled out correctly)
  • 2. Influenza vaccination documentation (within 6 months)
  • 3. FEI horse registration number

    FEI only: Rider requirements :

  • 1. AERC member (full or single event for AERC division)
  • 2. USEF member
  • 3. Rider FEI registration
  • 4. must pay IHP fee to USEF
  • 5. Juniors choosing to ride both FEI and AERC sanctioned events: To comply with AERC rules, AERC Juniors wishing to ride unsponsored may do so by obtaining a letter from AERC stating that they have completed 500 AERC miles.
