Riders and horses looking for training partners

  • 3/20/2015 - Large pony and 15’1” gelding need training riders. The pony can carry a 145 lb rider, the Arabian gelding can carry a heavyweight. My daughter trains her pony and competes in endurance on him but she can't miss school enough to keep him really fit. Anyone out there want to go for some lovely trail rides with me during school hours??? My daughter wouldn't mind sharing him for an actual endurance ride too if one wants to learn about the sport. We are north of Seattle. Mary K - Lazykfarm@comcast.net

  • Riders and horses looking for Boarding

  • 3/18/15 - I am finding myself horseless again. I have a couple of lines on some horses that I know I can get. however before I even approach the horse owners with a pleading request I need to find a place to keep the horse. I have been relocated to the Dallas (Oregon) area, and I am looking for a place to keep a horse in that general area. Monmouth, Dallas, Independence, South Salem, or West Salem. Trail access is a MUST. An arena is preferred. Does anyone know of anything that can offer some partial care, or shared boarding?
