credit for two -- his FIRST and LAST) -- "No pain, no gain".

	I like the turtle approach -- a little effort done consistently ... At
least with humans this is proving to work -- i.e. 3 10 minute sessions = 1
30 minute session per recent studies.  Easier on the joints, too.

	Granted, I've never aspired to an equine sustained effort greater than 7-8
MPH, but have developed some super recovering horses.  This mare is the
most different from the others that I've trained, so I greatly appreciate
all of the input and hope that the discussion helps others!
