What? Aren't jeans considered FEI approved? Frank always wears open collar
shirts and his boots have bigger heels than any other boots I saw out there.
All he needs is a helmet. That brings me to a statement that Mike Tomlinson
made at the pre ride FEI meeting. He said, "ALL FEI rules emminate from two
basic precepts, safety of the horse and fairness." So what do collars, boots
and helmets have to do with those?
