Absolutely any database or spreadsheet program will do that.  MS Office
Suite 97 has Excel and Access.  Both are rather easy to use & there's
lots of help books available on the market.  Others include Lotus 123,
Fox Pro, dBase and some more that don't come immediately to mind.  

If all you want is track of scores and mileage, AERC does that for its
members as part of the basic membership.  If you haven't joined & you
plan on competing, you should consider it.  There are links to AERC page
through the site http://www.endurance.net

Lastly, Steph (at the endurance page above) has nice training log
books.  Check it out.  I think I'm more likely to write notes while the
thoughts are fresh than wait 'til I got home to the computer.  (I don't
have a lap top or a plug for the modem installed on my saddle yet.  :-)
