Re: more on trail fund issue

Bob. Like it or not, AERC is a business. In order to procure funds for a
venture, a proponent competes a "Feasibility Study" or at least a "Proposal".
The documents contain a prescribed list of events, beginning with 'Identifying
the Problem' through 'Recommended Solution'. This documents are prepared 'In
House' by and advocate (with business experience). The process AERC just
presented, is 'Capture Some Money'. This is an unfamiliar event in business.
It would be absurd for me to create plan for AERC, however there certainly could
use some assistance.
