Trade Show Donation

Hi, all --

 

Just two points:

 

1.    There is a huge difference between a stand-alone trade show and a convention add-on as far as charging an entry fee (donation or whatever).

 

2.    I'm still awaiting official clarification for how often the $5 fee/donation will be charged - each time you enter, once a day, once for the entire show.  Could it be that no one planned this far ahead when the fee was enacted?

 

Perhaps the BOD could consider postponing enforcement of this fee for a year until the details of implementation, accountability for the proceeds and procedure for accessing the Trail Fund are developed and an opportunity for input from the membership is realized?
