I think a really good point was made in that the surgery to Magnum Psyche
HAPPENED, regardless of whether the IAHA couldn't prove it was wrongful
under the IAHA rules.  I, personally, don't know what that horse's
throatlatch looked like before the surgery so how could I breed to him
and have a reasonable idea of what the offspring's throatlatch would look
like?  I've seen a number of MP offspring with beautiful throatlatches,
but close to an equal number with thick throatlatches and no ability to
flex at the poll.
