IMO, most QH have navicular because they are bred and shod to have small feet...too small to be a good base of support.

AND, from MY experience, arabs are NOT mature enough at 2, either mentally or physically to be ridden at age two.  Drive them, maybe.  MOST arabs that are physically mature enough at age two have been FED into growth, which is another can of
worms...

Anyone ever read "Race Horses at Risk"  Cornell U. - George Maylin, et al?  Tells all about why many race horses break down (over fed to get big money at young ages at the sales...
