Stirrup Leathers

I have a new endurance model saddle that's the basic western
style. I'd like to change the fenders for the biothane
type. How does that work? I've moved the fender up and
down adjusting the length, will it just pull out? How hard
is it to get another stirrup leather in there? Any comments
on using the biothane leathers with the camlock buckle?

Boy, I wouldn't know dip without ridecamp!!!
