Richard, you did a very professional job of reporting.  We all appreciated 
it.  Furthermore, many of us understood that when the report was of an 
"unidentified rider" that that was a necessary time frame in which to get 
proper alerts to the proper people.  Debby is still in our thoughts and 
prayers.
