We do risk 'gossip' here, but I think this is a very pertinent and endurance 
related topic.  And exactly because we can get information from someone who 
was there and not rely on secondhand information, Ridecamp provides a 
valuable way to get ACCURATE (hopefully) information. Though, obviously, you 
have to view everything with a bit of skepticism. As far as announcing her 
injuries and her name, the endurance community is small and there was alot of 
genuine concern for Debby, I thought it was wonderful that we could be kept 
updated this way.  It wasn't voyeurism or malicious in anyway, just genuine 
concern for a fellow rider who had a horrible accident.
