Good easyboot how-to article ( though not as good as Karen C's easyboot
masterpiece) in the Jan 1999 issue of Practical Horseman. 

Also an interesting article about breeding for soundness. They advised using
a TB that had hundreds of lifetime starts or using a stallion that was
involved in activities such as 100 mile endurance rides or advanced 3 day
eventing.
