Hi Louise,
I cut there feed by half as they are not working,dont want them to pick up
any other problems(metabolic problems like Monday morning) from the
feed.They get alot of hay excetra to make up for the missing
rations.Basically I cut out the oats,and keep them on basic rations.By half
did sound rather dreadfull.
After three days or so I start riding them lightly again,and as they do more
work the daily rations increase again accordingly.
