I'd like to thank everyone at Ridecamp - you've been very helpful - both with
locating other riders in my new area -  and with advice for my husband with
the herniated discs .  Right now it looks like I'm going to take over the
conditioning until the husband feels his back is more stable. Yikes !  I hope
I don't become addicted.....
